Are they official club products?
All our products are officially licensed® directly with the clubs, meaning they fit all the club requirements. You can even find them in some of the stadium club shops.
How are the cases customisable?
All our cabin cases feature a two digit number on the front and name and number on the back. Allowing you to choose your own name and favorite number or even favorite players name. The letters and numbers are applied in house using the official club font and a high quality material and adhesive.
How do I clean my alpha® product?
Clean your bag’s exterior shell and interior nylon lining using a soft, damp cloth, warm water, and mild soap.
Please note: detergents containing alcohol may damage your luggage's shell.
Rinse and dry thoroughly with a soft cloth, before letting it dry. Store in a dry and cool place.
Can I return my order?
We offer hasslefree returns, you can return your online order free of charge within 14 days of receiving your order. This includes change of mind. The product must be unused and returned in original packaging as when received. Any questions head to our contact us page here and a member of our team will be on hand to help.

We ship from our warehouse in Denmark.
We offer free shipping on all orders over €80.00 to countries inside the European Union (EU). For European countries outside the EU, shipping costs may be higher, and you may have to pay import duties in your country.
